I’m a technical writer, systems builder, and problem solver. I take highly technical subject matter and create clarity that helps people do meaningful work. I believe great documentation builds trust, saves time, and it might even spark delight.
Since 2014, I’ve created accessible docs for hardware, software, and SaaS products; written winning technical and business proposals for government software modernizations; created beginner-friendly software training; and taught college courses in technical communication.
Currently, I create documentation and the underlying infrastructure that helps developers adopt complex software with confidence. My work combines technical writing and editing, information architecture, docs-as-code, documentation engineering, and AI workflows to create scalable knowledge systems that evolve alongside engineering teams.
