I design systems that turn complexity into clarity and help people do meaningful work. I believe great documentation builds trust, saves time, and it might even spark delight.
Since 2014, I’ve created accessible docs for hardware, software, and SaaS products; written winning technical and business proposals for government software modernizations; created beginner-friendly software training; and taught college courses in technical communication.
Currently, I build documentation infrastructure that helps developers adopt complex software. My work combines docs-as-code, information architecture, documentation engineering, and AI workflows to create scalable knowledge systems that evolve alongside engineering teams.
