Context:

I led end-to-end development of Fast Enterprises' response to the State of Ohio Department of Taxation's RFP for a new personal income tax system. This formal, highly technical proposal was read by both technical evaluators and non-technical decision makers, requiring clear, persuasive, and unified messaging that demonstrated Fast's expertise and compliance with complex state requirements.

  • Collaborated with technical and functional subject matter experts, project managers, designers, and legal counsel to interpret RFP requirements and align responses
  • Managed proposal timelines, status calls, assignments, and review cycles across multiple teams
