Process Documentation
Plurality Process Documentation - Deloitte
In this procedural guide, I documented a new workflow for creating singular and plural versions of publications within Deloitte’s component content management system (CCMS). The document provides clear, step-by-step instructions for duplicating topics, variables, and publications while maintaining correct conditioning and tagging in the repository.

Context
I created this guide to support publication plurality across Deloitte’s CCMS-managed content. I researched and tested the steps using internal tools, ensuring technical accuracy, repeatability, and adherence to DITA-based architecture and metadata standards.
Activities:
- Authored plain-language procedures to document and standardize the plurality update process.
- Tested each step in the CCMS (Tridion Docs) to validate reproducibility and accuracy.
- Created a structured, markdown-based internal reference to make instructions easy to maintain and share.
- Organized complex, multi-step processes into clearly labeled sections with checklists and consistent terminology.
Impact
This documentation provided the first clear, repeatable process for handling plural and singular publication variants in Deloitte’s CCMS, reducing errors, improving turnaround time, and enabling faster onboarding for future team members.
